If your prescription has changed, and you haven’t opened the contact lens boxes, Clarity Optical can provide an exchange with the new prescription. Patients must pay for the cost of freight on exchanged lenses due to changed prescription. Contact lenses should have been purchased at Clarity Optical, and returned with at least 1 year expiry. If you have any questions, please email us at optometrist@clarityoptical.com.au for a “return authorisation number” to be issue to you. Clarity Optical will not accept any return without a return authorisation number issued and approved by us.

Contact lenses cannot be exchanged or refunded if the package has been broken. Contact lenses may be returned if defective. Clarity Optical will send the lenses to the supplier for a warranty assessment, if the contact lenses are suspected to be faulty.

We do not normally give a refund if you simply change your mind. However you may choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to samples shown to you. All refunds must provideproof of purchase from Clarity Optical.

Refunds for faulty or defective products will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
